GEOMECHANICAL MODEL TEST ON SOUTH PIER FOUNDATION OF JIANGYIN YANGTZE BRIDGE

摘要: 采用地质力学模型试验对江阴长江公路大桥南塔墩的稳定问题进行了研究, 试验表明, 在没有临空条件下的受力机制是以塔基沉降变形为主, 塔基斜坡在超载2.2倍设计荷载和斜坡坡角变陡5.3°情况下, 整个塔基边坡没有明显的破坏迹象, 说明边坡整体稳定具有一定的安全储备.Abstract: In this paper the geomechanical model test is used to analyze the foundation stability and failure mechanism of the south pier of Jiangyin Yangtze bridge. The test results indicate that its settlement remains a main problem since there is no opening boundary. Overloaded 2.2 times more than the design and the slope angle increased 5.3 degree, failure did not occur, which ensures the stability of the pier foundation.
